Celem głównym projektu pn. „e-Sieradz. Elektroniczne usługi dla mieszkańców” jest zwiększenie dostępności e-usług publicznych i wzrost liczby mieszkańców korzystających z e-usług w Gminie Miasto Sieradz oraz sprawne zarządzanie gminą, dzięki stworzeniu jednego centrum przetwarzania i udostępniania informacji dla pracowników jednostek organizacyjnych w Gminie Miasto Sieradz. W ramach projektu wdrożone zostanie 8 usług on-line na różnych poziomach dojrzałości, w tym 5 usług na poziomie 3 - interakcji dwukierunkowej (informacja mieszkańca o stanie jego sprawy, informacja przedsiębiorcy o statusie załatwianej sprawy, głosowanie na propozycje budżetu obywatelskiego, e-interwencje –dotyczące funkcjonowania miasta, e-konsultacje dokumentów prawa lokalnego) oraz 3 usługi na poziomie 4 - transakcyjności (e- rekrutacja do przedszkoli, szkół podstawowych i do szkół gimnazjalnych) Ponadto wdrożona zostanie usługa wewnątrzadministracyjna A2A -1szt. Realizacja pozwoli na: poprawę dostępu obywateli do e- usług publicznych, usprawnienie komunikacji i podniesienie poziomu obsługi obywateli, poprawę skuteczności zarządzania w tym oświatą, zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa danych oraz wzrost umiejętności posługiwania się narzędziami ITC i wzrost efektywności pracy. Inwestycja obejmie: • rozbudowę Portalu z e-usługami i integrację z ePUAP (e- biuro interesanta,aplikacje mobilne,usługi proaktywne,wtyczki społecznościowe) • rozbudowę systemu oświatowego (e-rekrutacja,e portal informacji oświatowej,system obsługi przedszkoli) • dostosowanie do aktualnych potrzeb i unowocześnienie oprogramowania systemowego, narzędziowego i Elektronicznego Obiegu Dokumentu, back office • zakup sprzętu, infrastruktury sieci teleinformatycznej i przetwarzania danych • szkolenia pracowników. Projekt jest skierowany bezpośrednio do: mieszkańców Gminy Miasto Sieradz, pracowników Urzędu Miasta ,16 gminnych placówek oświatowych i placówki MOPS, pośrednio do mieszkańców regionu łódzkiego i wszystkich zainteresow (Polish)

The main objective of the project entitled “e-Sieradz. The provision of electronic services to the inhabitants is an increase in the availability of public e-services and the increase in the number of inhabitants who use e-services in the municipality of Sieradz and the efficient management of the municipality, by creating a single centre for the processing and provision of information for employees of the organisational units in the municipality of Sieradz. The project will implement 8 online services at different levels of maturity, including 5 services at level 3 — two-way interaction (information per capita about the status of his/her case, information of the trader on the status of the case, the vote on civil budget proposals, e-interventions on the functioning of the city, e-consultation of documents of local law) and 3 services at level 4 — transaction (e- recruitment in pre-primary, primary and lower secondary schools). The implementation will allow: improving citizens’ access to public services, improving communication and support for citizens, improving the efficiency of their management, ensuring data security and increasing the ability to use ICT tools and increasing labour efficiency. The investment will include: • The development of the e-Portal and integration into ePUAP (e- office of the interested party, mobile applications, proactive services, social plug-ins)• Extension of educational system (e-recruitment, portal information portal, nursery system)• adaptation to current needs and modernisation of system, tool and electronic software, back-office equipment• purchase of equipment, network infrastructure and data processing• staff training. The project is directly aimed at: the residents of the Municipality of Sieradz, the employees of the Municipal Office, 16 municipal educational establishments and MOPS establishments, indirectly to the inhabitants of the Łódź Region and all of the interested parties (English)
