Cel główny projektu jest zgodny z założeniami RPO WŁ 2014-2020, z celem Osi priorytetowej IV „Gospodarka niskoemisyjna” realizowanej w ramach celu tematycznego 4 pn. „Wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich sektorach” i z celem szczegółowym działania 4.2.: „Celem szczegółowym działania jest poprawiona efektywność energetyczna w sektorze publicznym i w sektorze budownictwa mieszkaniowego”. Cel główny projektu to: „Zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Lubochnia”. Zostanie on osiągnięty poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych, tj.: zmniejszenie zużycia energii do ogrzewania budynków publicznych, obniżenie kosztów związanych z obsługą energetyczną budynków publicznych, zwiększenie termoizolacyjności budynków publicznych, zmniejszenie emisyjności i redukcja CO2. Realizacja projektu będzie miała pozytywny wpływ na środowisko ze względu na cel i zakres planowanych prac, których celem jest zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię i redukcję emisji szkodliwych gazów do atmosfery poprzez zastosowanie źródła energii odnawialnej – projekt zakłada wykorzystanie źródła alternatywnego w postaci paneli fotowoltaicznych oraz pomp obiegowych elektrycznych. Grupą docelową projektu jest społeczność lokalna gminy Lubochnia, tj. użytkownicy obiektów, tu w szczególności uczniowie placówek objętych projektem, czyli Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Lubochni oraz Publicznego Gimnazjum w Lubochni, rodzice uczniów, pracownicy obiektów, goście z zewnątrz. Projekt zakłada realizacje np. zadań: 1. Termomodernizacja budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Lubochni, koszt zadania: 1 301 871,08 zł brutto; 2. Termomodernizacja budynku Publicznego Gimnazjum w Lubochni, koszt zadania: 1 714 448,66 zł brutto; 3. Nadzór inwestorski, koszt zadania: 24 600,00 zł brutto; 4. Promocja projektu, koszt zadania: 3 259,50 zł brutto. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is in line with the objectives of the ROP WBL 2014-2020, with the objective of Priority IV “Low Carbon Economy” implemented within the thematic objective 4: Supporting the shift towards a low-carbon economy in all sectors and with the specific objective of Action 4.2: ‘The specific objective of the action is to improve energy efficiency in the public sector and the residential sector.’ The main objective of the project is to: Increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings in the municipality of Lubochia. It will be achieved through the implementation of the specific objectives, i.e.: reducing energy consumption for heating public buildings, reducing energy costs for public buildings, increasing the thermal insulation of public buildings, decarbonisation and CO2 reduction. The project will have a positive impact on the environment by the objective and scope of the planned work to reduce energy demand and reduce emissions of harmful gases into the atmosphere through the use of renewable energy sources — the project involves the use of alternative sources in the form of photovoltaic panels and electric pump pumps. The target group of the project is the local community of the municipality of Lubochia, i.e. the users of the facilities, here in particular the students of the facilities covered by the project, namely the School/School Group in Lubochnia and the Public Environmental School in Lubochowa, the parents of the pupils, the staff of the facilities, the outside visitors. The project aims, for example, at the following tasks: 1. Thermal modernisation of the School/School Team in Lubuskie Province, the cost of the task: PLN 1 301 871,08 gross; 2. Thermo-modernisation of the construction of the Gimmerzum building in Lubochni, the cost of the task: PLN 1 714 448,66 gross; 3. Investor supervision, cost of the task: PLN 24 600,00 gross; 4. Project promotion, cost of mission: PLN 3 259,50 gross. (English)
