Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kutnowskim. Liczba osób bezrobotnych (łącznie z długotrwale bezrobotnymi) pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek)wyniesie 176. Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane do potrzeb osób bezrobotnych usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.
