Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa możliwości zatrudnienia 50 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z powodu niepełnosprawności poprzez zwiększenie ich potencjału społecznego i zawodowego w okresie 2016.03.01-2017.10.31. Projekt jest skierowany do 30 kobiet i 20 mężczyzn z obszaru woj. łódzkiego, tj. osób fizycznych zamieszkujących na obszarze woj. łódzkiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego. 100% uczestników projektu będą stanowiły osoby niepełnosprawne, w tym 30% -osoby o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności. Wszyscy uczestnicy będą osobami niepracującymi. Aktywizacja społeczna i zawodowa oraz wzrost zatrudnienia będzie możliwy dzięki zastosowaniu indywidualnych ścieżek, które będą realizowane według schematu wsparcia opracowanego na podst. własnych doświadczeń i rekomendacji specjalistów. Będą obejmowały 6 kroków, które przygotują uczestników do poprawy sytuacji psycho-społecznej i zdobycia zatrudnienia. The main aim of the project is to improve the employability of 50 people at risk of social exclusion because of their disability by increasing their social and professional capacity in the period 2016.03.01-2017.10.31. The project is aimed at 30 women and 20 men from Łódzkie Province, i.e. natural persons resident in the Łódź Province within the meaning of the Civil Code. 100 % of participants in the project will be disabled persons, including 30 % who are severely or moderately disabled. All participants will be people who do not work. Social and occupational activation and employment growth will be possible through the application of individual pathways, which will be implemented according to the support scheme developed on the basis of specialists’ own experience and recommendations. They will include 6 steps that will prepare the participants for the improvement of the social and social situation and employment.
