W chwili obecnej w bazie lokalowej Gminnego Przedszkola w Gromadce zapewnione miejsca dla 75 dzieci. Nie zaspokaja to potrzeb wszystkich rodziców w kwestii przyjęcia ich dziecka do przedszkola. Zapotrzebowanie podyktowane jest obserwowanym od kilku lat wzrostem świadomości w zakresie rozumienia rangi wcześnie rozpoczętej edukacji przedszkolnej w wyrównywaniu deficytów rozwojowych i zwiększeniu szansy sukcesów w późniejszych etapach edukacji. W okresie od września 2018 r. do końca listopada 2019 r. planuje się zorganizowanie zajęć dodatkowych dla 108 dzieci (53dz/55chł) uczęszczających do przedszkola (w tym funkcjonujących w ramach nowopowstałej 10 osobowej grupy):zajęcia rozwijające z j. angielskiego;zajęcia z zakresu programowania;warsztatowe zajęcia kreowania postaw kluczowych (kreatywności, przedsiębiorczości i umiejętności pracy w grupie );zajęcia z rytmiki;zajęcia logopedyczne;zajęcia taneczno-rytmiczne;gimnastyka korekcyjna;zajęcia rozwijające ogólną sprawność ruchową i koordynację.Ponadto w ramach projektu planowane jest:zwiększenie liczby miejsc przedszkolnych przez rozbudowę budynku Gminnego Przedszkola w Gromadce;zakup wyposażenia, pomocy i zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania przez 12 m-cy;zatrudnienie nauczyciela wychowania przedszkolnego (1 os.), nauczyceli wspomagających (2 os.), pomocy kucharki (1 os.) dla nowopowstałej grupy.Wszystkie realizowane działania są wynikiem przeprowadzonej przez przedszkole diagnozy i stanowią uzupełnienie prowadzonych działań przez oddział przedrozpoczęciem projektu. At present, there are places for 75 children in the Gminne Front school database. This does not meet the needs of all parents with regard to the reception of their children in nursery schools. The demand has been driven over several years in order to raise awareness of early childhood education in early childhood education and increase the chances of success in later education. In the period from September 2018 to the end of November 2019, it is planned to organise an additional activity for 108 children (53dz/55chł) attending nursery schools (including up to a newly established 10 group): classes in English; training activities; workshop activities for the creation of key attitudes (creativity, entrepreneurship and working skills in the group); courses on the creation of key attitudes (creativity, entrepreneurship and the ability to work in the group); activities of the formation of key attitudes (creativity, entrepreneurship and working skills in the group); (English)
