Inwestycja polega na zagospodarowaniu terenu parku miejskiego przy ulicy Nakielskiej w Szubinie z budową modułowej automatycznej toalety publicznej wraz z zapleczem i instalacjami. Obszar oddziaływania obiektów obejmuje działki nr 30/58 i 30/60 w Szubinie. Teren działki jest zróżnicowany pod względem wysokości terenu, obecnie niezabudowany użytkowany zgodnie z przeznaczeniem jako park miejski. Teren mocno zadrzewiony z pomnikami przyrody, w centrum sadzawka o powierzchni 3600m2. Znajdujące się ścieżki wytyczone są przez użytkowników terenu. W parku znajdują się nieliczne obiekty małej architektury w złym stanie technicznym. Planowany projekt obejmuje budowę między innymi:- obiektu sanitarnego z zapleczem wraz z instalacją wodociągową, kanalizacyjną, energetyczną- ogrodzenie placu zabaw dla dzieci- siłowni zewnętrznej- ścieżek i placu pieszego- dwóch pomostów i mostku przy sadzawce wraz z umocnieniem brzegu- ogrodzenie wybiegu dla psów- małej architektury ( pojemniki na odpady, stojaki na rowery, ławki parkowe, stołów do gry w szachy)- oświetlenia terenu wraz z monitoringiem terenu- ścieżka edukacyjna z elementami dydaktycznymiRealizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy stanu parku i stworzenia wyjątkowej przestrzeni publicznej dostępnej dla mieszkańców i osób zwiedzających miasto Szubin. The investment consists of the development of an urban park operating at the Napels street, in Szuona, with the construction of modular automatic public toilets together with their hinterland and installations. The area affected by the sites comprises plots Nos 30/58 and 30/60 in Szun. The plot of land is differentiated in terms of the size of the land, which is currently not built on as an urban park. Heavily caught with monuments of nature, at the centre of a pond of 3 600 m². The tracks are set by the land users. The park has few features of a small architecture in poor technical condition. The planned project involves the construction of, inter alia, a sanitary facility with a hinterland together with a water supply, a sewage, an energy junction — a playground for a child — field pathway and square walking square — two bridges and bridges at a pond, with the strengthening of the coast for dogs — small architecture (waste containers, bicycle stands, park benches, chess tables) — the lighting of the site together with field monitoring — an educational pathway with learning elements. project implementation will help to improve the condition of the park and create a unique public space accessible to residents and visitors to the city Szubin.
