"STAŻ? I PRACĘ MASZ! - program stażowy dedykowany studentom 7 kierunków Uniwersytetu Techologiczno-Przyrodniczego w Bydgoszczy" jest projektem uczelni,który za cel stawia podniesienie kompetencji praktycznygo wykonywania zawodu przezco najmniej 96 studentów I stopnia (4 ost. semestrów)7 kierunków inżynieryjnych z 2 Wydziałów: Technologii i Inżynierii Chemicznej oraz Wydziału Rolnictwa i Biotechnologii poprzez organizację staży u pracodawców branż korespondujących z zakresem merytorycznym studiów w latach 2018-2019 (planowany termin osiągnięciacelu głównego -XI.2019r.).Projekt będzie obejmował stażekrajowe:-120 - godzinne, łącznie73osobyw ramach ZADANIA NR 1;- 360 - godzinne, łącznie dla 23 osoby w ramach ZADANIA NR 2.Łącznie w ramach projektu planowana jest organizacja 39 staży w 2018r. i 57 w 2019r. Wszystkie ww. staże będą odbywały się w minimalnym wymiarze 120h/miesiąc wykonywanych zadań stażowych przez studentów w ramach wsparcia (co najmniej 20h stażu/tydzień). Ambicją projektu jest, by studenci odbywający staże w ramach sieci współpracy uczelni z przedsiębiorstwami regionu (powiązanymi z ww. kierunkami branżowo) podnieśli kompetencje dzięki interwencji EFS i nabyli praktyczne umiejętności przydatnena rynku pracy z punktu widzenia potencjalnych pracodawców, mieli możliwość poznania specyfiki pracy „od kuchni" w przedsiębiorstwach, co wzmocni ich pozycję na rynku pracy jako absolwentów poszukujących zatrudnienia.Realizacja projektu przewidziana jest na okres I.2018-XI.2019, w tym czasie zostaną osiągnięte zamierzone cele i główne rezultaty tj.:Liczba osób, które podniosły kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS-96os. ‘TRAINEESHIP?AND YOU HAVE A JOB!— A traineeship programme for students of the 7 destinations of the University of Tests and Nature in Bydgoszcz is a project of a university, which aims to increase the practical competence of the profession of performing the profession of at least 96 students and the level of 7 degrees of engineering (4 semesters) out of 2 faculties:The technology and chemical engineering and the Faculty of Agriculture and Biotechnology by organising traineeships with employers of industries corresponding to the content of the studies in 2018-2019 (planned deadline for the main purpose -XI.2019.). the project will include national traineeships: -120 — hourly, 73-hour, 1-hour, 360-hour, 23-hour, 2-hour, project 39, 2018 and 57 internships are planned for 2019.All the above mentioned traineeships will take place at a minimum level of 120h/month of student service activities for support (at least 20 h/a).The ambition of the project is that students who work in a university cooperation network with the region (s) of the region (associated enterprises) have increased their competences through ESF interventions and have acquired practical skills in the labour market from the point of view of potential employers, who have the opportunity to know the specific characteristics of “kitchen” work in companies, which will strengthen their position in the labour market as graduates seeking employment. project implementation is planned for the period I.2018-XI.2019, at which time the expected objectives and main results will be achieved, i.e. the number of people who have increased competence in the course of the activities of the University EFS-96os.Number of students enrolled in traineeships supported by EFS-96 measures. value of project PLN 504 900,00, value of PLN 1 per participant (PLN 5 259,38) (English)
