Projekt AWF Kraków zakłada kompleksowe wzmocnienie kompetencji 270 studentów w ciagu dwóch lat w zakresie oczekiwań pracodawców i rynku pracy. Jednocześnie przyczyni się do rozszerzenia strategii wsparcia kompetencji uczelni w zakresie współpracy z pracodawcami i dostosowywania programów studiów do potrzeb współpczesnego i przyszłego rynku pracy. Uczelnia AWF Kraków jest wyższą szkołą publiczną, kształcącą na 3 Wydziałach ( Rehabilitacja Ruchowa, Wychowanie Fizyczne i Sport, Turystyka i Rekreacja) łącznie 2517 studentów,1697 studentów studiów stacjonarnych i 820 studentów studiów zaocznych. Uczelnia na dzień składania wniosku spełnia warunki pozwalajace jej prowadzić zajęcia na wszystkich wymienionych kierunkach studiów oraz poziomach kształcenia wskazanych w PSzW. Uczelnia posiada pozytywną ocenę jakości kształcenia Projekt skierowany jest do studentów dwóch ostatnich semestrów I i II stopnia w roku akademickim 2016/2017 i 2017/2018. Czas trwania projektu to 23 miesiące. W ramach projektu zakładana jest realizacja kompleksowego programu wsparcia dla najlepszych studentów studiów stacjonarnych o zajęcia rozszerzające ich program studiów i rozszerzające kwalifikacje w zakresie zgodnym z kierunkiem kształcenia. Wybrane do projektu formy wsparcia zostały szczegółowo przeanalizowane i zdefiniowane na podstawie ankiet i analiz losów absolwentów uczelni w ostatnich latach. Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem w każdym roku realizacji projektu 135 studentów st. stacjonarnych, dla których przygotowano pakiet zajęć dodatkowych obejmujący: - szkolenia certyfikowane - warsztaty kreatywne, komunikacyjne połączone z pracą projektową - wizyty studyjne i spotkania z pracodawcami - warsztaty ze specjalistami z danej dziedziny (Polish)

The draft AWF Krakow provides for a comprehensive reinforcement of the competence of 270 students within two years on employers’ and labour market expectations.At the same time, it will broaden the strategy to support the competence of universities to cooperate with employers and to adapt their studies to meet the needs of both the tuition fees and the future labour market.The AWFs Krakow is a higher public school for 3 Departments (Mobility Rehabilitation, Physical Education and Sport, Tourism and Recreation) in total 2517 students, 1697 residential students and 820 in absentia students.On the day on which the application is made, the College meets the conditions for conducting activities on all of the following subjects of study and in the training levels indicated in the PSzW.The University has a positive assessment of the quality of education. the project targets the students of the last two semesters of I and II semesters in the academic year 2016/2017 and 2017/2018.The duration of the project is 23 months.The project involves putting in place a comprehensive programme of support for the best students in fixed education, to extend their programme of studies and to expand their qualifications in line with the direction of education.The forms selected for the project have been analysed in detail and defined on the basis of surveys and graduate studies in recent years.The project includes support for the implementation of the project of 135 stationary students in each year for which a package of supplementary activities has been prepared, including:Training certified — creative, communicative workshops with project work — study visits and meetings with employers — workshops with experts in the field (English)
