POWIAT OLSZTYŃSKI/URZĄD PRACY POWIATU OLSZTYŃSKIEGO

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os. młodych poniżej 30r.ż.pozostających bez pracy w powiecie olsztyńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 30% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 12% osób niepełnosprawnych, 31% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 38% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup zarejestrowanych w UPPO. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie UPPO realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Uczestnikami projektu są 343 osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w UPPO jako bezrobotne (należące do I lub II profilu pomocy),które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw.młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w PO WER 2014-2020.Planowane w ramach projektu formy wsparcia to: staże dla 290,00 osób, bony szkoleniowe dla 10 osób, bony na zasiedlenie dla 10 osób oraz dofinansowanie na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 23 osób, dla 10 osób szkolenia (indywidualne).Zakładany okres realizacji projektu:01.04.2015r.-30.06.2016r. The aim of the project is to increase job opportunities for young people below 30 years of age in Olsztyn.The main result of the project will be the entry into employment of 30 % of the long-term unemployed, 12 % of the disabled, 31 % of the low-skilled, 38 % of the participants who are not eligible for any of the above listed groups in the UPPO.The project will support persons below the age of 30 eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the UPPO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. 343 young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed and registered with the UPPO as unemployed (belonging to the first or second aid profiles) that do not participate in education and training (NEETs), as defined in OP KED 2014-2020.Planned in the project form of support are:traineeships for 290,00 persons, training vouchers for 10 persons, restocking vouchers for 10 persons and start-up aid for 23 persons, for 10 persons for training (individual).Implementation period projektu:01.04.2015r.-30.06.2016r.
