Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotowy projekt polega na realizacji prac przemysłowych jak i rozwojowych. Prace te mają doprowadzić do stworzenia prototypu nowego innowacyjnego w skali Unii Europejskiej, urządzenia medycznego do kriochirurgii guzów narządów wewnętrznych ze szczególnym ukierunkowaniem na leczenie BPH oraz raka prostaty. Powstała w wyniku projektu wartość intelektualna pozostanie własnością wnioskodawcy i zostanie zabezpieczona złożeniem wniosku o uzyskanie patentu. Po zakończeniu projektu ma nastąpić wdrożenie nowego produktu do produkcji w przedsiębiorstwie wnioskodawcy na terenie RP i jego sprzedaż na całym świecie oraz upowszechnienie wyników projektu zgodnie z wytycznymi. Będzie to pierwsze takie urządzenie na rynku co najmniej unijnym, bazujące na wielu cienkich, wielokrotnego użytku, zintegrowanych ze sobą “igłach” - mikrosondach kriogenicznych, za pomocą których realizowana będzie procedura krioablacji guzów narządów wewnętrznych (w szczególności BPH oraz rak prostaty), bezpośrednio poprzez przebicie ich przez skórę oraz okoliczne tkanki pacjenta (mikrosondy mają około kilkanaście centumetrów długości). Urządzenie powstanie przy bliskiej współpracy wybitnych lekarzy i środowisk urologiczno - chirurgicznych z UE, aby zaspokoić oczekiwania chirurgów w zakresie skutecznej terapii łagodnego przerostu prostaty oraz raka prostaty. Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).This project consists of the implementation of industrial and development work.This work is expected to produce a new innovation prototype at EU level, a medical device for the cryosurgery of the internal organ tumours, with a particular focus on the treatment of BPH and prostate cancer.The resulting intellectual property will remain the property of the applicant and will be preserved by the filing of the patent application.The project will be followed by the implementation of a new product for production in the applicant’s company in Poland and its worldwide sales and the dissemination of the project results in accordance with the Guidelines.It will be the first such device on the market at least at EU level, based on multiple thin, reusable, integrated ‘needles’ integrated with each other, through which the cryoablation of internal organ tumours (in particular BPH and prostate cancer) will be carried out directly by means of penetration through the skin and the patient’s surroundings (microprobes have around a dozen or so lengths of length).The equipment will be constructed in close cooperation with outstanding medical and surgical backgrounds from the EU in order to meet the surgeons’ expectations about the effective treatment of mild prostaty and prostate cancer.
