Předmětem projektu je výstavba přeložky silnice I/11 v kategorii S 24,5/100 v celk. délce hl. trasy 11,099 km (stavba I/11 Nebory - Oldřichovice 4,860 km a stavba I/11 Oldřichovice - Bystřice 6,239 km), o dvou jízdních pruzích v každém směru a mimoúrovňovým napojením křižujících komunikací. Nově budovaná silnice I/11 v úseku Nebory - Oldřichovice - Bystřice je součástí definitivního řešení propojení dálnice D48 se Slovenskou republikou a VI. Evropského dopravního koridoru po silnici I/68 a I/11. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is the construction of I/11 in category S 24,5/100, in category S 11,099, in the order of km (construction I/11 Neory — Oldřichovice 4.860 km and construction I/11 Oldrich — Bystrice 6.239 km), two lanes in each direction and an extra-level connection of roads. The newly built I/11 road in the Neory — Oldřichovice — Bystřice, is part of the definitive solution of the link between the D48 motorway and the Slovak Republic and the GOI.
