Projekt reaguje na problém, kdy osoby s Alzheimerovou chorobou, které žádají o přijetí do pobytových zařízení sociální péče (DZR) tráví čekací dobu, která často přesahuje 12 měsíců, v nevhodných podmínkách, protože rodina ani běžná pečovatelská služba není schopna zajistit jejich kvalitní setrvání v domácím prostředí. Projekt se soustředí na pilotáž modelu, který těmto osobám umožní setrvat v domácím prostředí kvalitně a co nejdéle - motivuje rodinu, vychovává profesionály, zaplňuje mezery. (Czech)

The project responds to the problem of people with Alzheimer’s disease, who are applying for admission to residential care establishments (DZR), spending the waiting time, which often exceeds 12 months, in unsuitable conditions, as neither the family nor the regular care service is able to ensure quality in their home environment. The project focuses on the pilot’s pilot, enabling them to remain at home well and for as long as possible — encouraging family workers, filling gaps. (English)
