Projekt si klade za cíl zkvalitnit využívání metody MA21 na Městském úřadě v Kroměříži, což povede k větší transparentnosti, otevřenosti a kvalitě fungování úřadu. Je zaměřen na podporu zapojování veřejnosti do rozhodovacích procesů, osvětu a propagaci udržitelného rozvoje města, vzdělávání úředníků v této oblasti a realizaci kampaní (Den Země, Evropský týden mobility, Dny zdraví). The project aims to improve the use of the MA21 method at the Municipal Authority in Kroměříž, leading to greater transparency, openness and quality in the functioning of the Authority. It aims to promote public participation in decision-making, education and promotion of the sustainable development of the city, training of officials in the field and the implementation of campaigns (Earth Day, European Mobility Week, Days of Health).
