Projekt zavádí komplexní soubor mechanismů přímé podpory a poradenství ve vzdělávání i výchově žáků ohrožených soc. vyloučením docházejících do 5 ZŠ s významným podílem žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem a se spec. vzdělávacími potřebami. Proj. nabízí inovativní kombinaci skupinové a individuální podpory ve školním i rodinném prostředí. Prostřednictvím odpoledních klubů a intervencí v rodinách snižuje znevýhodnění těchto dětí; pravidelná rodičovská setkání posilují vazbu mezi školou a rodinami. (Czech)

The project introduces a comprehensive set of mechanisms for direct support and guidance in education, as well as educating the pupils at risk of soc. excluding reaching out to 5 elementary school pupils with a significant proportion of pupils with different mother tongue and learning needs. Proj offers an innovative mix of group and individual support in both the school and the family environment. Reduces the disadvantage of these children through the afternoon clubs and family interventions; regular parental meetings strengthen the link between the school and the families. (English)
