Společnost EC - TECH a.s. si uvědomuje význam svých zaměstnanců jako klíčového faktoru úspěšnosti firmy. Aby se zaměstnanci mohli úspěšně adaptovat na nově vzniklé potřeby trhu, je potřeba jim umožnit odborný růst. This will be done through training activities involving a total of 46 people from different groups of employees. The training will be carried out by external contractors and experienced tutors.
