Projekt řeší komplexní proškolení všech zaměstnanců firmy Gmont cable, s.r.o. se zaměřením na znalosti související s výkonem pracovní činnosti každého zaměstnance. Vzdělávání je z největší části zaměřeno na technické dovednosti a obecné IT. Po skončení projektu dojde ke zvýšení úrovně znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců, zlepšení kvality práce a její efektivity.
