V rámci projektu dojde k zateplení obvodových stěn objektu školy, zateplení plochých střech (nadotčených střechách je navržen nový hromosvod), výměně starých dřevěných oken a vchodových dvěříze dvora objektu. V objektu šaten bude řešena sanace obvodového zdiva v souvislosti s výskytemvlhkosti.Realizací projektu se předpokládá úspora celkové roční spotřeby energie ve výši 502,3 GJ/rok, cožodpovídá 139,5 MWh/rok.Návaznost na 5.1b Snížení energetické náročnosti budov Obchodní akademie Kolín. The project will lead to the insulation of the peripheral wall of the school’s premises, the insulation of flat roofs (the roof in question being designed for a new lightning conductor), the replacement of the old wooden windows and the footsteps of the building. The cloakroom will be dealt with by remediating the circumferential zdiva in the context of occurrences damp. the project is expected to save the total annual energy consumption of 502,3 GJ/year, which corresponds to 139.5 MWh/year.Follow-up to 5.1b Reduction of the energy performance of buildings of the Kolín Business Academy.
