Jedná se o stavební úpravy stávající budovy krytého bazénu. Stavebními úpravami dojde k zateplení obvodového pláště, pultové střechy, výměně vstupních dveří (3 ks vstupních dveří rozměr 1800x2100 mm celkem 11,34 m2). Dále se bude vyměňovat prosklená fasáda (prosklené plochy) v místě bazénu (jižní fasáda) o velikosti 258,8 m2 za nové hliníkové profily. Nebude se zasahovat do nosných konstrukcí stavby.
