Stavba je navržena v rámci stávajícího bytového domu. Jedná se o provedení nového vnějšího zateplení obvodových stěn domu, zateplení suterénu, zaizolování stropu 1. PP, rekonstrukci střešního pláště a výměna oken a dveří. Stavba obsahuje nové provedení povrchové úpravy pomocí fasádního zateplovacího systému s polystyrenem a tenkovrstvou probarvenou omítkou. Stavbou budou odstraněny stávající komíny, nadstřešní části budou odstraněny. Budou vyměněny žlaby, svody, háky, hromosvod, parapety. (Czech)

This is a new external insulation for the wall walls of the house, insulation of the basement, insulation of the ceiling of 1. PP, the renovation of roof coats and the exchange of windows and doors. The construction includes a new coating, using the facade system, with a polystyrene and a thinner side cavity.
