Projekt řeší celkovou revitalizaci bytového domu č.p. 157/23 umístěného na p.č. st. 1165 v k.ú. Cheb a zahrnuje zateplení obálky budovy tzn. zateplení fasády, stropu nad 1.PP a nad 5.NP, výměnu otvorových prvků včetně výměny krytiny a opravy krovu a modernizaci otopné soustavy. Součástí celkových stavebních úprav je i modernizace vnitřních prostor , jejíž náklady jsou zahrnuty v nezpůsobilých výdajích. (Czech)

The project addresses the overall revitalisation of housing stock No. 157/23, installed on p.. st. 1165 in the cadastral district. Cheb and includes the insulation of the building envelope, i.e. the insulation of the façade, the ceiling of 1.PP and the 5.NP, the replacement of the building blocks, including the replacement of tiles and the repair of the heating system and the upgrading of the heating system. The modernisation of the internal areas, the cost of which is included in ineligible expenditure, is part of the overall construction work. (English)
