Hlavním cílem projektu je revitalizace bytového domu na ulici I. Šustaly p. č. 1081/17 ve městě Kopřivnice. Stavební práce se zejména týkají zateplení obvodového pláště a střechy bytového domu. V důsledku snížení energetické náročnosti budovy jsou očekávány finanční úspory za odběr tepelné energie, vylepšení vnitřního prostředí budovy, navýšení komfortu bydlení, zhodnocení objektu a v neposlední řadě zlepšení architektonického vzhledu bytového domu. The main objective of the project is the revitalisation of I.Šumava apartment building in the city of Kopřivnice. The construction works mainly concern the insulation of the building envelope and the roof of the apartment building. As a result of the improvement in the energy performance of the building, financial savings are expected for the abstraction of heat, improvement of the indoor environment of the building, increase of comfort of housing, value of the building and, last but not least, improving the architectural design of the apartment building.
