Projekt je zaměřen na skupinu osob sociálně vyloučených a exkluzí ohrožených. Hlavním cílem projektu je podpořit opětovný návrat těchto osob na otevřený trh práce. Projekt je založen na obnově režimových návyků a nácviku pracovních dovedností, které jsou spojeny s obnovením sociálních kontaktů a vazeb. Důraz je kladen na pravidelnost, režimové momenty, motivační prvky a individuální přístup. Po měsíční přípravě bude absolventům poradenství či motivačního programu nabídnuto dočasné zaměstnání. The project is aimed at a group of people who are socially excluded and whose exclusion is at risk. The main objective of the project is to support the return of such persons to the open labour market. The project is based on restoring the working skills and skills exercise, which is linked to the restoration of social contacts and links. The focus is on regularity, overhead torques, incentive elements and tailor-made approach. After the monthly preparation, temporary employment will be offered to the graduates of advice or the incentive scheme. (English)
