Realizací projektu dojde ke vzniku 1 nového sociálního bytu pro obyvatele sociálně vyloučených lokalit města Velké Hamry (území se schválenou strategií KPSVL). Dojde ke stavebním úpravám bytů, rekonstrukci společných prostor a pořízení základního vybavení bytů. Tyto byty zajistí obyvatelům sociálně vyloučených lokalit, kteří jsou v bytové nouzi, dostupné nájemní sociální bydlení s definovaným systémem nakládání s byty dle parametrů sociálního bydlení v IROP, resp. města Velké Hamry. a. The implementation of the project will create 1 new social housing for people in socially excluded localities of the City of Great Hamry (territory with an approved KPSVL strategy). There will be modifications to the apartments, to the renovation of the common areas and to the acquisition of the basic equipment of the apartments. These apartments will ensure that inhabitants of socially excluded localities who are in a housing need are available rental social housing with a defined housing management system in accordance with the parameters of social housing in IROP or the town of Great Hamry. a.
