PARTENDO DALLA SPECIFICA IDEA DI BAMBINO COME CO-COSTRUTTORE DELLA PROPRIA CONOSCENZA, NEL PROGETTO FORMATIVO VERRà APPROFONDITA UNA RIFLESSIONE SUL VALORE SOCIALE DI QUESTE PRATICHE COME STRUMENTO DEMOCRATICO, DIALOGANTE E CONDIVISO PER VALORIZZARE E COMPRENDERE LE POTENZIALITà E LE SPECIFICITà DI CIASCUNO.     THE PROPOSED TRAINING OPERATION FALLS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF INNOVATION DEFINED AS “INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISE” AND IS CARRIED OUT IN A TRAINING PROJECT LASTING 24 HOURS. THE PROJECT IS AIMED AT A USER ALREADY DEFINED BY PEOPLE, 17 EDUCATORS WHO WORK IN DIFFERENT KINDERGARTENS AND NURSERY SCHOOLS OF FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA, AND IS AIMED AT PROMOTING THE INTRODUCTION OF A “DIFFERENT” AND INNOVATIVE POINT OF VIEW FOR THE OBSERVATION IN CHILDREN OF LEARNING PROCESSES AND THEIR DOCUMENTATION. STARTING FROM THE SPECIFIC IDEA OF A CHILD AS A CO-BUILDER OF HIS KNOWLEDGE, IN THE FORMATIVE PROJECT WILL BE DEEPENED A REFLECTION ON THE SOCIAL VALUE OF THESE PRACTICES AS A DEMOCRATIC TOOL, DIALOGUE AND SHARED TO ENHANCE AND UNDERSTAND THE POTENTIALS AND SPECIFICITIES OF EACH. THE DEEPENING WILL BE EXTENDED TO ANALYSE THE IMPLICATIONS IN EVERYDAY EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE AND TO IDENTIFY THE CONSTRUCTION OF POSSIBLE “AD HOC” OBSERVATIONAL TOOLS. (English)
