Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia w mieście Elblągu i powiecie elbląskim. Uczestnikami projektu będą wyłącznie osoby bezrobotne w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), które znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: • osoby starsze w wieku 50 lat i więcej, • kobiety, • osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, • osoby długotrwale bezrobotne • osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W 2018 r. zaplanowano następujące formy wsparcia: • staże – 313 osób, • szkolenia – 124 osoby, • jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (dotacje) – 50 osób, • refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy – 174 osoby, • prace interwencyjne – 48 osób. Ogółem wsparciem zostanie objętych 709 osób. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej, które dodatkowo należą do następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3 - poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej co najmniej 37%. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed aged over 30 in the city of Elbląg and the district of Elbląg. Project participants will be only unemployed aged 30 and over (from 30 of birth), who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e.: • elderly people aged 50 and over,• women,• persons with disabilities,• long-term unemployed• people with low qualifications. In 2018, the following forms of support are planned: • traineeships — 313 people,• training — 124 people,• one-off economic activity (subsidies) — 50 people,• refunds of equipment costs or retrofitting of jobs — 174 people• intervention works — 48 people. A total of 709 people will be supported. The project aims to achieve employment efficiency for the unemployed aged 30 and over, which are in addition to the following groups: persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications up to ISCED level 3 — level of employment performance criterion of at least 37 %.
