Celem pr. jest zwiększenie- we współpracy z pracodawcami- jakości kształcenia zawodowego w TIE/9 w Olsztynie, ukierunkowane na poprawę zdolności do zatrudnienia 180 uczniów (55K/125M) szkoły oraz dostosowanie programu kształcenia szkoły do wymogów rynku pracy, poprzez modernizację kierunku kształceniaT.informatyk, utworzenie nowego kierunku T.ekonomista, podniesienie kompetencji/kwalifikacji 20 n-li (15K/5M) kształ. zawodowego (poprzez organizację studiów podyplomowych/szkoleń z zakresu: MS Office Specialist, programowania Phyton i C++, coachingu, rachunkowości, informatyki i cyberbezpieczeństwa), adaptację i doposażenie pracowni szkolnych, organizację dla uczniów: staży u pracodawców, dodatkowych zajęć/szkoleń zwiększających ich kompetencje zawodowe (MS Office Specialist, zarządzania siecią Cisco, techniki skutecznej sprzedaży i marketingu) oraz kompetencje kluczowe (z jęz.angielskiego, matematyki, robotyki),w terminie od 02.09.2019r. do 31.08.2022 r. Gr.docelową stanowią: TIE/9 oraz jego uczniowie i n-le. Liczba uczestników pr. objętych wsparciem wynosi 200 (70K/130M), w tym 180 uczniów (55K/125M) oraz 20 n-li (15K/5M) kształ.zawodowego. Wskaźniki,m.in.: Liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształ.zawodowego uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy: 180 (55K/125M), Liczba n-li kształ. zawodowego oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu: 20 (15K/5M). Pr.obejmuje I, II i III model w ramach typu 1 oraz 4 typ pr., poprzez realizację 12 zadań, w tym rozwijających kompet.zawodowe uczniów (staże u pracodawców, szkolenia: MS Office Specialist, zarządzania siecią Cisco, techniki sprzedaży i marketingu) oraz kompet.kluczowe (z jęz. angielskiego, matematyki, robotyki), doskonalenie kompetencji /kwalifikacji n-li (z zakresu MS Office Specialist, programowania Phyton i C++, coachingu, rachunkowości, informatyki, cyberbezpieczeństwa) oraz zadanie adaptacja i doposażenie pracowni zawod. The aim is to increase the quality of vocational training in TIE/9 in Olsztyn, in cooperation with the employer, to improve the employability of 180 pupils (55K/125M), and to adapt the school’s training programme to the requirements of the labour market, by modernising the direction of information technology, creating a new direction, T.economist, raising the competences/qualifications of 20 n-li (15K/5M) in vocational training (through the organisation of post-graduate studies/training in the field of: Ms Office Specialist, the coding of Phyton and C + +, coaching, accounting, IT and cybersecurity), and the adaptation and retrofitting of school workers, the organisation for students: traineeships with employers, additional activities/training to enhance their professional competences (MS Office Specialisist, Cisco’s network management, effective marketing and marketing techniques) and key competences (in English, mathematics, robotics) from 02.09.2019 to 31.08.2022 are: TIE/9 and its students and n-le. The number of participants in support is 200 (70K/130M), including 180 students (55K/125M) and 20 n-li (15K/5M). Indicators, including: Number of pupils in vocational schools and establishments participating in traineeships and traineeships at the employer: 180 (55K/125M), Number of vocational education and training instructors having obtained or acquired competence after leaving: 20 (15K/5M). Pr.includes I, II and III model 1 and 4 type pr., by performing 12 tasks including developing employers’ skills (traineeships at employers, training: Ms Office Specialisist, the management of Cisco’s network, sales and marketing techniques), as well as the key competences (English, mathematics, robotics), the improvement of competences/skills — n-li (from the scope of the MS Office Specialisist, the programming of Phyton and C + +, coaching, accounting, IT, cybersecurity) and the task of adapting and equipping the unemployed worker.
