Projekt polega na zwiększeniu konkurencyjności Firmy, poprzez wprowadzenie innowacyjnego produktu na rynek oraz poprzez implementację innowacyjnych procesów wytwarzania inwestując w środki trwałe. Prowadzona inwestycja ma odpowiedzieć na potrzebę Przedsiębiorstwa - obniżanie kosztów produkcji i świadczenia usług. Mogą one na tym etapie zostać spełnione jedynie w oparciu o zaawansowane technologie dotyczące stosowania do produkcji surowców ubocznych i odpadów. W celu umożliwienia ich wykorzystania, Firma stale prowadzi szereg prac badawczo-rozwojowych, których efektem wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnego produktu - Grupa mieszanek mineralno-asfaltowych (MMA) dla dróg lokalnych (gminnych i powiatowych) wykorzystująca technologie recyklingu (odpadów poprodukcyjnych papy, recyklingu odzyskanego kruszywa w postaci przekruszonego brukowca / otoczaków) o obniżonej emisji C02 wskutek wykorzystania technologii asfaltu spienionego". Realizacja przedmiotowej inwestycji jest bezpośrednią odpowiedzią zarówno na zidentyfikowane potrzeby Firmy, jak i na potrzeby rynku. Brak realizacji inwestycji może w dłuższej perspektywie czasu ograniczyć możliwość konkurowania na ryku. Jednocześnie jej realizacja, w oparciu o własne prace badawczo rozwojowe wesprze rozwój technologiczny Przedsiębiorstwa. Dzięki realizacji projektu, zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki produktu: - Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (COOI) na poziomie 1 - Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (C002) na poziomie 1 - Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (C006) na poziomie 3946 250,66 PLN - Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku (C028) na poziomie 1 - Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy (C029) na poziomie 1 - Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie inwestycji na poziomie 1 - Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie ekoinnowacji na p (Polish)

The project is to increase the competitiveness of the firm by bringing an innovative product to the market and by implementing innovative production processes by investing in fixed assets. The investment is intended to respond to the firm’s need to reduce production costs and provide services. They can only be met at this stage on the basis of advanced technologies for use in the manufacture of by-products and waste. In order to allow for their use, the firm is continuously carrying out a number of research and development activities which have resulted in the introduction of an innovative product — group of mineral and bitumen (MMA) for local roads (municipal and district roads) using recycling technologies (packaging waste, recycling of recovered aggregate in the form of crusher/pebbles) with a reduced C02 emissions resulting from the use of foam bitumen technology.’ The realisation of the investment in question is a direct response to both the identified needs of the firm and the needs of the market. Lack of investment can in the longer term limit the ability to compete on the market. At the same time, its implementation, based on its own research and development work, will support the enterprise’s technological development.
