Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup niezbędnych środków trwałych (nowych maszyn i urządzeń) w celu wprowadzenia w przedsiębiorstwie innowacyjnego i zautomatyzowanego procesu produkcji dodatków do żywności, ważenia, przygotowywania, mieszania a następnie efektywnego pakowania gotowych produktów. Projekt będzie realizowany w następujących etapach: 1. zakup urządzeń do ważenia, 2. zakup urządzeń do mieszania, 3. zakup urządzeń do pakowania, 4. instalacja urządzeń i rozruch. Proces będzie polegał na wyborze dostawców maszyn, szkoleniu personelu. Zostanie zainstalowana nowa linia która zostanie poddana próbom i testom funkcyjnym. Po zaimplementowaniu innowacyjnej linii w przedsiębiorstwie oraz wykonaniu prób produktowych i rozpoczęciu produkcji przypraw pakowanych w nowoczesne wzory opakowań nastąpi wdrożenie do produkcji masowej i wprowadzenie gotowych produktów na rynki docelowe. The object of the project is the purchase of the necessary fixed assets (new machinery and equipment) to be used in an innovative and automated manufacturing process for food additives, weighing, preparing, mixing and subsequent efficient packaging of the finished products. The project will be implemented in the following steps: 1. purchase of weighing equipment, 2. purchase of mixing equipment, 3. purchase of packaging equipment, 4. installation and start-up equipment. The process will consist of the selection of suppliers of machinery, the training of staff. A new line will be installed to undergo tests and functional tests. After implementation of the innovative line in the enterprise and the implementation of product tests and the start of production of spices packed in modern packaging models, the production will take place for mass production and the placing of the finished products on the target markets.
