Projekt jest efektem przeprowadzonej diagnozy potrzeb Technikum uwzględniającej sytuację szkoły na lokalnym rynku pracy, sytuację uczniów o indywidualnych potrzebach rozwojowych i eduk. oraz możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego naucz. Przeprowadzono szereg spotkań między przedstawicielami Technikum z ZS, pracodawcami i Wydziałem Programowania Inwestycji i Rozwoju w Powiecie Suwalskim. Celem spotkań było wypracowanie efektywnych rozwiązań w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb rozwojowych uczniów, nauczycieli w obszarze kształcenia zaw. i ogólnego szkoły, lepsze dostosowanie systemów kształcenia do potrzeb rynku pracy, ułatwienie przechodzenia z etapu kształcenia do zatrudnienia, wzmacnianie systemów kształcenia i szkolenia zaw. oraz ich jakości. Diagnoza wykazała potrzebę współpracy z pracodawcami w kształceniu praktycznym, braki w wyposażeniu placówki i dysproporcje edukacyjne U. Wypracowano koncepcję projektu (typ projektu nr 2 abc+de), którego realizatorem będzie Technikum jako organizacja posiadająca bogate doświadczenie w zakresie nawiązywania współpracy z pracodawcami (cenionymi w branży hotelarskiej, weterynaryjnej oraz rolniczej). Projekt skierowany jest do 60 U (23K i 37M) Technikum i 4 nauczycieli (3K, 1M) kształcenia praktycznego. Jest efektem przeprowadzonej diagnozy potrzeb Technikum uwzględniającej sytuację szkoły na lokalnym rynku pracy, sytuację U o indywidualnych potrzebach rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego nauczycieli. Opracowano Plan Rozwojowy Szkoły zatwierdzony przez Radę Pedagogiczną i organ prowadzący Powiat Suwalski (IX 2016r.). Zaplanowane przedsięwzięcia finansowane ze środków EFS stanowią uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przez szkołę i nie ulegną one zmniejszeniu w stosunku do zadań w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających złożenie wniosku o dofinansowanie. Działania projektu będą prowadzone z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uU objętych wsparciem. (Polish)

The project results from a diagnosis of the needs of the Technical College taking into account the situation of the school in the local labour market, the situation of students with individual development needs and education and the possibility to improve the teaching profession. A number of meetings were held between representatives of the Technical College with ZS, employers and Division of Investment and Development Programming of the Suwalski. The aim of the meetings was to develop effective solutions for schoolchildren, teachers in the field of education and training, to better align education systems with the needs of the labour market, to facilitate transitions between education and employment, to strengthen education and training systems and their quality. The diagnosis demonstrated the need for cooperation with employers in practical training, gaps in the facilities and educational disparity of U. The concept of a project (project type no 2 abc + de) will be worked out, the reality of which will be the Technical College as an organisation with extensive experience in establishing cooperation with employers (valued in the hotel, veterinary and agricultural sectors). The project is aimed at 60 U (23K and 37M) of the Technical College and 4 teachers (3K, 1M) of practical training. It is the result of a practical diagnosis of the needs of the Technical College that takes account of the situation of the school on the local labour market, the situation of U with individual development and educational needs and the possibilities for teacher training. The Development Plan approved by the teaching council and the Suwalski District Authority (IX 2016) have been developed. The planned ESF-funded projects are complementary to the activities carried out by the school and will not decrease in relation to the tasks within the 12 months preceding the application for the grant. The activities of the project will be carried out taking into account the individual needs for development and education and the psycho-physical capabilities of the UU supported. (English)
