Projekt navazuje a rozšiřuje již zrealizované aktivity v rámci projekt výzvy č. 89 (OP LZZ) a to především na vytvořenou Strategii ŘLZ, kterou doplňuje o nové oblasti ŘLZ při použití nových nástrojů řízení LZ a také reaguje na analýzu vzdělávacích potřeb, kdy dochází ke zvýšení znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců na základě této analýzy.Mimo tyto navazující oblasti řeší projekt manažerský audit, nastavení systému komunikace jak uvnitř úřadu, tak směrem ke klientům/veřejnosti. The project follows and expands the activities already undertaken in the framework of the Challenge 89 project (OP HRE), in particular the created GSR in the field of application of the new management tools of LZ and also responds to an analysis of the educational needs resulting in an increase in the knowledge and skills of employees on the basis of this analysis. in addition, the project is being addressed by the project management audit, the setting up of the communication system both within the Office and towards the clients/the public.
