V rámci projektu bude realizováno profesní školení pro zaměstanance společnosti Dopravní vzdělávací institut, a.s, která se zabývá zejména vzděláváním v oblasti železniční dopravy. Cílem projektu je zvýšení profesních a odborných znalostí a dovedností jak lektorů, kteří tvoří nejpočetnější skupinu zaměstnanců, tak i managementu a podpůrného personálu společnosti. Projekt je navázán na předchozí evaluační aktivity v rámci společnosti, které definovaly příležitosti pro zlepšení práce zaměstnanců. (Czech)
