Zasadniczym problemem, który można dostrzec w zakresie opieki nad kobietą ciężarną oraz noworodkiem i z dzieckiem do 2. roku życia jest nieadekwatna ilość usług zdrowotnych finansowanych przez NFZ. Dotyczy to zarówno fachowego poradnictwa przygotowującego kobiety ciężarne do porodu, jak i wykrywania wad genetycznych dziecka w okresie płodowym, oraz wykrywania i niwelowania psychoruchowych wad rozwojowych zdiagnozowanych u noworodków. W związku z powyższym projekt dotyczy kompleksowej - jednocześnie komplementarnej wobec świadczeń finansowanych przez NFZ - opieki nad matką i dzieckiem do 2. roku życia, w zakresie: 1) Poprawa jakości opieki nad kobietą w okresie ciąży, porodu i połogu, w ramach którego realizowane będą działania: - wczesne wykrywanie wad rozwojowych (badania prenatalne dla kobiet, które nie są objęte refundacją tych badań przez NFZ ), - mobilna opieka okołoporodowa (w pierw. 3 m-cach ciąży oraz w zakresie nie refundowanym przez NFZ), - poradnictwo specjalistyczne dla rodziców - szkolenia dla personelu medycznego (lekarze - badania prenatalne, personel z zakresu umiejętności interpersonalnych) 2) Ochrona zdrowia dziecka w kierunku wsparcia jego rozwoju psychospołecznego, w ramach którego realizowane będą działania: - pogłębiona diagnostyka rozwoju (psychomotorycznego) dziecka, - wsparcie koordynowane - - niwelowanie nieprawidłowości w rozwoju dzieci do lat 2 (mobilny instruktaż rehabilitacji, opieka psychologiczna, wsparcie z zakresu żywienia), W ramach wszystkich modułów realizowane będą działania edukacyjno-informacyjne. A fundamental problem that can be seen in the care of a pregnant woman and a newborn child and with a child under the age of 2 is an inadequate amount of health services financed by the NFZ. This applies both to the professional counselling of pregnant women to give birth, as well as to the detection of genetic defects of a child during the foetus, as well as to detect and offset psychomotor malformations diagnosed in newborn babies. In the light of the above, the project concerns a comprehensive — at the same time complementary to the benefits financed by the NFZ — care of the mother and the child until the age of 2, in the following areas: 1) Improving the quality of care for a woman during pregnancy, childbirth and delivery, where actions will be carried out: Early detection of malformations (pre-normative research for women who are not covered by the reimbursement of these studies by the National Health Fund (NFZ)), — mobile perinatal care (in prim. 3 m is pregnant and is not reimbursed by the National Health Fund (NFZ)), — specialised advice to parents — training courses for medical staff (doctors — ante-natal examinations, staff in the field of interpersonal skills) 2) Protection of the child’s health in order to support his psychosocial development, through which activities will be carried out: Improved diagnosis of (psychomotor) development (psychomotor) (psychomotor) diagnosis of children, — coordinated support — children up to the age of 2 (mobile rehabilitation, psychological and nutrition), education and information activities will be implemented under all modules.
