Aby byla společnost schopna svým klientům nabídnout širokou škálu produktů a služeb, potřebuje disponovat kvalifikovanými a erudovanými oborníky. Vzhledem k tomu, že stávající pracovní trh nenabízí, v oblasti telemarketing a telesales, dostatek takových pracovníků, vidí vedení společnosti jako řešení využití možností interního vzdělávání, které je předmětem překládaného projektu. Projekt navazuje na společností již zavedenou a realizovanou strategii "výchovy a přípravy" vlastních zaměstnanců. (Czech)

In order to be able to offer a wide range of products and services to its clients, the company needs to be equipped with qualified and meritorious orders. In view of the fact that the current labour market does not offer, in the field of telemarketing and telematics, the management of the company is seen by the management of the company as a solution to the use of the in-house education facilities that is the subject of the project. The project builds on the already established and implemented “education and training” strategy of its own staff. (English)
