Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy zarejestrowanych w PUP, zakwalifikowanych do I lub profilu pomocy II w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, w tym zwłaszcza osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj.: a) kobiet, b) osób z niepełnosprawnościami, c) osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, d) osób długotrwale bezrobotne, e) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, f) osób posiadających co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia lub co najmniej jedno dziecko niepełnosprawnościami do 18 roku życia, g) migrantów powrotnych i imigrantów. Dopuszcza się udział bezrobotnych mężczyzn w wieku od 30 do 49 lat, którzy nie należą do kategorii osób ujętych w pkt b) oraz d)-g), przy czym nie mogą oni stanowić więcej niż 20% bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem. Grupa ta może korzystać z form wsparcia z zastrzeżeniem, że udzielenie wsparcia ma prowadzić do podwyższenia lub nabycia nowych kwalifikacji czy kompetencji lub utrzymania i formalnego potwierdzenia kwalifikacji lub kompetencji uczestników projektów lub do rozpoczęcia prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej. Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie: - dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3 – minimum 42% - dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup – minimum 52%. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of persons from the age of 30 remaining unemployed in the PUP, classified as I or as Aid II profiles within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, including in particular those who are in a particularly vulnerable situation in the labour market, i.e.: (a) women, (b) persons with disabilities, (c) persons aged 50 and over, (d) long-term unemployed, (e) persons with low qualifications, (f) persons with one or more children up to 6 years of age or one or more other children with disabilities by 18, (g) return migrants and immigrants. Unemployed men aged 30-49 who do not belong to categories (b) and (d) to (g) shall be allowed, but they shall not represent more than 20 % of the unemployed supported. This group may benefit from forms of support provided that the support is intended to increase or acquire new qualifications or competences or to retain and formally confirm the qualifications or competences of the project participants or to engage in an economic activity. For each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project involves achieving the employment efficiency criterion at the level of: — for the most vulnerable, including immigrants, returnees, persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications in ISCED 3 — minimum 42 % — for other persons who do not belong to the aforementioned groups, a minimum of 52 %.
