Vzdělávání v rámci projektu se bude účastnit 23 zaměstnanců společnosti Dräger Chomutov, s.r.o., kteří se budou rozvíjet v oblasti měkkých a manažerských dovedností či obecného IT. Své znalosti a dovednosti budou rozšiřovat také v oblasti účetní, ekonomické a právní a budou se dále vzdělávat také v interních procesech. Získané znalosti a dovednosti jim pomohou při výkonu práce - budou tak schopni lépe reagovat na požadavky zákazníků, zaměstnavatele i pracovního trhu. (Czech)

The training in the project will include 23 employees of the company Dräger Chomutov, s.r.o., who will be developed in the fields of soft and managerial skills or general IT. Their knowledge and skills will also extend to accountants, economic and legal, and will also be further educated in the internal processes.
