Předložený projekt je zaměřen na zvýšení odborné úrovně znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků společnosti MASSAG, a.s., se zaměřením na osoby ve věku 54+. Projekt se zaměřuje na proškolení 175 vybraných pracovníků (z toho 159 účastníků projektu) v 5 vybraných oblastech vzdělávání. Tento projekt navazuje na dříve realizované aktivity v oblasti rozvoje lidských zdrojů a je v souladu s rozvojovou koncepcí společnosti. (Czech)

The proposed project aims at increasing the technical level of knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce of MASSAG, a.s., with a focus on persons aged 54 +. The project aims at training 175 selected workers (of which 159 project participants) in 5 selected training areas. This project builds on previous activities in the field of human resources development and is in line with the development concept of the company. (English)
