Náplní projektu je realizace komplexního vzdělávacího plánu, jehož cílem je zvýšení úrovně potřebných znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků napříč všemi divizemi MATRIX a.s. Jako partneři v projektu vystupují Farma Třebešov s.r.o. a ESOP účetní a daňová kancelář s.r.o., které s Matrix a.s. dlouhodobě spolupracují.Dvouletý vzdělávací plán je sestaven s ohledem na aktuální vývoj požadavků trhu práce a s cílem zajištění dlouhodobého a udržitelného rozvoje MATRIX a.s. a jeho partnerů. The project provides for the implementation of a comprehensive training plan aimed at increasing the level of knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce across all MATRIX a.s. divisions. as partners in the project, Mr Farma Třebešov s.r.o. and ESOP are acting as partners in the project. the Accounting Officer and the Tax Office s.r.o., which have been working on a long-term basis with Matrix a.s., are engaged in a two-year training plan, taking into account recent developments in labour market requirements and with a view to ensuring the long-term and sustainable development of MATRIX a.s. and its partners.
