CEL GŁÓWNY:Aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa poprzez poprawę sytuacji zawodowej i podniesienie umiejętności życiowo- wychowawczych 60 członków rodzin(36K/24M),zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.,zamieszkujących w woj.mazowieckim(WM),wyłącznie na obszarach poniżej progu defaworyzacji poprzez zapewnienie zindywidualizowanego kompleksowego wsparcia w oparciu o indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji od 1.09.2018 do 31.07.2019. UCZESTNICY PROJEKTU: 60 dorosłych członków rodzin(36K/24M),zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.-wieloproblemowych, ubogich,pozostających bez zatrudnienia,korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społ.lub kwalifikujących się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społ., zamieszkujących w woj.mazowieckim,wyłącznie na obszarach poniżej progu defaworyzacji,w tym min.80% tj.48UP to os.doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia społ.,* min.10%UP tj.6os.z niepełnosprawnościami(ON), *os.lub rodziny korzystające z POPŻ 2014-2020(grupa preferowana),a zakres wsparcia w proj.nie będzie powielać działań,które dana os.otrzymuje/otrzymywała w ramach działań towarzyszących POPŻ. ZADANIA: *Diagnoza potrzeb z opracowaniem ścieżki reintegracji; *Zintegrowane poradnictwo rodzinne (psychologiczne,prawne); *Coaching wychowawczy; *Warsztaty edukacyjno-doradcze; *Kursy/Szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje/kompetencje zawodowe; *Pośrednictwo pracy; *Staż zawodowy. WSKAŹNIKI: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.: a)które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu prog.-30; b)pracujących po opuszczeniu prog.-18; c)poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu prog.-34. Efektywność zatrudnieniowa: a)dla os.zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.-22%; b)dla os.o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności,z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną,z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi-12%. MAIN: social and occupational activation by improving the professional situation and raising the skills of 60 family members (36K/24M), at risk of poverty or social exclusion in war between Mazowieckie (WM), only in areas below the threshold of disadvantage by providing individualised support based on an individual reintegration path between 1.09.2018 and 31.07.2019. PROJECT PARTICIPANTS: 60 adults’ family members (36K/24M) who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion, which are deprived of employment and are deprived of employment, without employment benefiting from a social assistance benefit or are eligible for aid in favour of the community, residing in war between them, exclusively in areas below the threshold of disadvantage, including min.80 % tj.48UP are persons with multiple social exclusion, * min.10 % UP t.6os.with disabilities (ON), * os.or families benefiting from the measure 2014-2020 (the preferred group), and the scope of support in the form of support will not duplicate actions which the person concerned receives in the framework of its accompanying measures. TASKS: * Diagnosis for the development of the reintegration path; * Integrated family counselling (psychological, legal); * Coaching bringing up; * Study and advisory workshops; * Courses for upskilling/vocational skills; * Employment services; * Professional traineeship.
