Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim. Grupą docelową projektu jest 349 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 115 os. (50K 65M), osoby niepełnosprawne 11 os. (5K 6M) oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 172 os. (80K 92M). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of those aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Wołomin. The target group of the project is 349 persons aged 30 and above belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Wołomin for which an aid profile I or II has been identified. In the target group, the project is: persons aged 50 and over 115 (50k 65M), disabled persons 11 (5k 6M) and long-term unemployed 172 (80K 92M). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will support the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
