Przedmiotem inwestycji stanowiącej projekt jest budowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 747 w nowym przebiegu trasy na odcinku o długości 8 239 m, przebiegającym od skrzyżowania z drogą krajową nr 79 wraz ze skrzyżowaniem w m. Lipsko do drogi wojewódzkiej nr 754 (od km 29+451,00 do km 37+690,00). Dzięki nowemu wytyczeniu drogi ruch drogowy zostanie wyprowadzony poza tereny zabudowane, wzrośnie standard techniczny drogi oraz poprawi się dojazd do nowo wybudowanego mostu na Wiśle w Kamieniu, łączący południową część województwa mazowieckiego z województwem lubelskim, gdzie w dalszym przebiegu DW747 łączyć się będzie z budowaną obecnie drogą ekspresową S19 (zachodnia obwodnica Lublina). Podstawowym celem projektu jest zrównoważony i inteligentny rozwój Mazowsza zwiększający spójność społeczną i terytorialną regionu przy wykorzystaniu potencjału mazowieckiego rynku pracy. Realizacja inwestycji budowy drogi wojewódzkiej nr 747 na wskazanym odcinku przyczyni się poprawy spójności komunikacyjnej i przestrzennej w tym poprawy dostępności komunikacyjnej wewnętrznej oraz zewnętrznej województwa mazowieckiego. Oznacza to szybsze i bezpieczniejsze powiązania między ośrodkami regionalnymi w województwie. Beneficjentami ostatecznymi inwestycji będą przede wszystkim mieszkańcy południowej części województwa mazowieckiego (w szczególności powiatu lipskiego oraz powiatu radomskiego). Konieczność realizacji projektu wynikła z faktu, iż obecny stan i przebieg DW nr 747 powoduje wiele niekorzystnych dla powiatu lipskiego i jego mieszkańców konsekwencji. Jedną z głównych niedogodności jest przebiegający przez tereny zabudowane ruch tranzytowy prowadzący do nowo wybudowanego mostu na Wiśle. Ponadto istniejący stan nawierzchni, poboczy i chodników jest średni lub zły, co wpływa na większe ryzyko wypadków drogowych oraz powoduje większe zużycie pojazdów. (Polish)

The project consists of the construction of provincial road No 747 in a new route for a distance of 8 239 m from the junction to national road No 79 with the intersection in m. Lipsko to Provincial Road 754 (from km 29 + 451,00 to km 37 + 690,00). The new delimitation of road traffic will take place outside built-up areas, increase the technical standard of the road and improve access to the newly built bridge on Vilnius, which links the southern part of the Mazowieckie province with the województwo lubelskie, where the further development of the DW747 will be combined with the current expressway S19 (Lublin western bypass). The main aim of the project is to foster the sustainable and smart growth of Mazovia in order to strengthen the region’s social and territorial cohesion using the potential of the labour market of Mazowieckie. The implementation of investment in the construction of provincial road No 747 on the section indicated will help to improve the coherence of communication and spatial, including the improvement of the accessibility of the internal and external communication of the Mazowieckie region. This means faster and safer connections between regional centres in the province. The beneficiaries of the final investments will be the inhabitants of the southern part of the Mazowieckie province (in particular, the Lipsko district and the Radom district). The need to implement the project resulted from the fact that the current state and conduct of DV No 747 resulted in many disadvantages for the Lipski district and its inhabitants. One of the main disadvantages is that of the built-up area of transit traffic leading to the newly built bridge on the Vistula. In addition, the existing state of pavement, shoulders and pavements is either medium or bad, which affects the higher risk of road accidents and results in increased use of vehicles. (English)
