Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa budynku Przedszkola Samorządowego w Kamionce o powierzchni użytkowej 678,53 m2 (wraz z zagospodarowaniem jego otoczenia), przy ul. Kościelnej 6. W ramach projektu przewidziano następujące zadania: 1) budowa Przedszkola Samorządowego - roboty budowlane, branża sanitarna, instalacja elektryczna, centralne ogrzewanie, maszynownia pompy ciepła z dolnym źródłem, instalowanie wentylacji, 2) rozbiórka starego budynku przedszkola oraz budynku gospodarczego, 3) nadzór budowlany, 4) wykonanie tablic informacyjnych, 5) opracowanie ekspertyz technicznych i dokumentacji projektowej (wraz z kosztorysami) budowy przedszkola oraz rozbiórki starego budynku przedszkola i gospodarczego, 6) opracowanie studium wykonalności. Celem projektu jest zapewnienie dostępności do usług edukacji przedszkolnej, dla dzieci w wieku 3-4 lat, poprzez między innymi poprawę warunków lokalowych. Grupą docelową odbiorców produktów projektu są: - dzieci uczęszczające do przedszkola - 50 osób - dzieci, dla których stworzone zostaną dodatkowe miejsca - 50 osób - nauczyciele i pracownicy obecnie zatrudnieni - 8 osób - nauczyciele i pracownicy, którzy zostaną zatrudnieni poprzez stworzenie nowych miejsc pracy - 6 osób - rodzice dzieci obecnie uczęszczających do przedszkola- rodzice dzieci, dla których stworzone zostaną dodatkowe miejsca. W wyniku realizacji projektu poprawie ulegnie sytuacji wskazanych grup interesariuszy. Realizacja projektu doprowadzi do osiągnięcia w okresie trwałości wskaźników: 1) rezultatu: - "Rzeczywista liczba użytkowników infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej": 100 osób - "Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach": 6 osób 2) produktu: - "Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury przedszkolnej": 1 szt.- "Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami": 1 szt. - "Potencjał objętej wsparciem infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej": 100 osób (Polish)

The object of the project is the construction of a 678.53 m² area (including the fitting-out of the surrounding area) of the municipality of Kamionce (along with the fitting-out of the surrounding area), at ul. Church 6. The project foresees the following tasks: (1) Construction of the Local Government — Works, the sanitary system, the electrical installation, the central heating, the engine room of the heat pump with the lower source, the installation of ventilation, 2) the demolition of the old nursery school building and the economic building, 3) construction supervision, 4) construction of information panels, 5) the development of technical expertise and project documentation (together with the financial statement) for the construction of the pre-school and the demolition of the old nursery and the business building, 6) the development of a feasibility study. The aim of the project is to ensure the availability of pre-school education for children between 3 and 4 years old, inter alia by improving the facilities. The target audience of the project’s product customers shall be to: Children attending nursery school — 50 children, for whom additional places will be created — 50 teachers and staff currently in employment — 8 people — teachers and workers who will be recruited through the creation of new jobs — 6 children who are now in attendance at the kindergarten — child parents for whom additional places will be created. As a result of the project, the situation of identified stakeholder groups will be improved. The implementation of the project will lead to the achievement of indicators during the lifetime of the indicators: 1) results: The “actual number of users of the infrastructure for the care of children or of educational infrastructure”: 100 persons — “Job growth in assisted entities”: 6 persons 2) of the product: “Number of pre-school infrastructure facilities supported”: 1 — “Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities”: 1 units “Potential supported infrastructure for childcare or education infrastructure”: 100 persons (English)
