Ustawa z o zatrudnieniu socjalnym określa sposób funkcjonowania CIS. Z diagnozy klastra CIS/KIS wynika, że w woj. lubuskim istnieje niewystarczająca ilość CIS-ów, co utrudnia dostęp do kompleksowych usług osobom zagrożonym wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem,a istniejące Centra nie zapewniają w pełni kompleksowej oferty uczestnikom. Jest to możliwe jedynie w warunkach działania wszystkich CIS w jednolitym standardzie. W RPO wskazano także problem wykluczenia społecznego i ubóstwa z tendencją powielania problemów w kolejnych pokoleniach. Dlatego projekt pn. "Wystandaryzowane wsparcie osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem poprzez utworzenie nowego CIS i wsparcie 6 dotychczas istniejących CIS na terenie woj. lubuskiego." zakłada objęcie reintegracją społeczno-zawodową 280 os. zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem z woj. lubuskiego. Lider i partnerzy zrealizują poprzez działania projektowe wskazany cel główny poprzez poprawę dostępu do wystandaryzowanych usług reintegracyjnych w 6 istniejących i 1 utworzonym CIS woj. lubuskiego w czasie trwania projektu. The Law on Social Employment describes the functioning of the CIS. The diagnosis of the CIS/KIS cluster shows that there is not enough CISs in Lubuskie Province, which hinders access to comprehensive services for people at risk of social exclusion and poverty, and the existing Centres do not fully provide a comprehensive offer to participants. This is only possible under the conditions of operation of all the CIS in a single standard. The ROP also identified the problem of social exclusion and poverty with the trend of duplication of problems in the next generations. That is why the project entitled “The standardised support for people at risk of social exclusion and poverty through the creation of a new CIS and the support of the existing 6 existing CIS in the region of Lubuskie Province.” provides for social and occupational reintegration of 280 people at risk of social exclusion and of poverty in Lubuskie Province. The Leader and the Partners will implement through the project activities the main objective by improving the access to standardised reintegration services in the 6 existing and 1 established CIS of Lubuskie Province for the duration of the project.
