Populační růst, omezená plocha orné půdy a změny klimatu ohrožují základy naší civilizace. Získané informace poslouží k cílenému zlepšení brukví a brambor s konečným cílem získání plodin s vyššími výnosy za stresových podmínek. a. (Czech)

Population growth, the limited area of arable land and climate change threaten the foundations of our civilisation. The aim of the project is to identify key regulators allowing the integration of signals from the external environment, hormones and induced stress to epigenetic regulations, and to determine their role as potential targets in the production of symptomatic plants. The information gathered will feed into the targeted improvement of bruker and potatoes, with the ultimate aim of obtaining crops with higher yields under stress. (English)
