Projekt „OD BIERNOŚCI DO AKTYWNOŚCI-aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym” realizowany będzie przez Elbląską Radę Konsultacyjną Osób Niepełnosprawnych na terenie powiatu elbląskiego grodzkiego i ziemskiego w okresie 25 miesięcy. Jest to projekt partnerski z Powiatowym Urzędem Pracy w Elblągu. Podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 60 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym w wieku 15-64 z terenu Elbląga i powiatu elbląskiego (w tym 36 osób niepełnosprawnych,36 kobiet,24 mężczyzn) w okresie 25 miesięcy Projekt realizowany będzie w 2 turach, każda po 12 miesięcy. Projekt zakłada realizację 3 głównych zadań: wieloprofilowa diagnoza; reintegracja społeczna; reintegracja zawodowa. UP objęci będą następującymi działaniami: indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie psychologa; poradnictwo prawne i specjalistyczne (w tym dla osób niepełnosprawnych); wsparcie doradcy zawodowego; usługa trenera pracy; szkolenia, staże, zatrudnienie i monitoring pracy. Każdy UP zostanie objęty minimum 3 formami wsparcia, 16 osób odbędzie 3-miesięczne staże zawodowe,30 osób zostanie objętych szkoleniami zawodowymi. Poziom wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnienia -15 osób. Wsparcie UP realizowane będzie w oparciu o Model „Wiek Gorącego Ziemniaka”-pozytywnie zwalidowany projekt innowacyjno-testujący pn:”Indywidualne ścieżki zatrudnienia”. (Polish)

The project “OD of the inactivity to the social and occupational social exclusion of people at risk of social exclusion” will be carried out by the Elbląg Council of the Consultative Council for Persons with Disabilities in the county of Elbląg and the Earth for a period of 25 months. It is a partnership project with the district Labour Office in Elbląg. Increasing the social and occupational activity of 60 people at risk of social exclusion between the ages of 15 and 64 from the Elbląg and the Elbląg county (including 36 persons with disabilities, 36 women and 24 men) over a 25-month period will be carried out in 2 tubes each after 12 months. The project assumes 3 main tasks: multi-profile diagnosis; social reintegration; reintegration into employment. The actions will be subject to the following actions: individual and group psychological support; legal and specialised advice (including for persons with disabilities); support to a professional adviser; a job coaching service; training, internships, employment and monitoring of work. Each UP will receive a minimum of 3 forms of support, 16 people will hold 3 months’ professional traineeship, 30 people will be covered by vocational training. The level of the employment efficiency ratio of -15 persons. Support to the UP will be made on the basis of the Model ‘Age of hot Zielniak’ — a positively validated innovation project pn:” Individual employment paths.’ (English)
