Projekt realizuje Fundacja Elbląg w partner.z Powiatowym Urzędem Pracy w Egu i Pomorską Grupą Doradczą (przedsiębiorstwem). Projekt wdraża produkt finalny proj. innow: "Wybierz przyszłość-innowac.narzędzia wspom.interwencję socjalną"Dobre praktyki EFS oraz wyprac. przez ERKON-Modelu „Wiek gorącego ziemniaka”w ramach proj. innowacyjno- testującego z kompon. ponadnar.(Finalista RegioStars-Konkurs KE),z listy projektów innowacyjnych KIW. Cel: zwiększenie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej wśród 60 osobowej (36K,24M) grupy niepełnosprawnych bezrobotnych osób w wieku 15-64 lata z Elbląga i pow.elbląskiego(woj warm.-mazur. ) w okresie 1.10.2018-31.12.2020 zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społecznym. Zadania: 1. Pogłębiona diagnoza – identyfikacja potrzeb, zasobów, potencjału i predyspozycji - zbudowanie Indywid.Ścieżek Reintegracji, 2. Aktywna integracja społeczna – warsztaty edukacyjne-Aflatoun, poradnictwo specjalist.(prawne i społeczno-obywatelskie), grupowa aktywizacja społeczna (trening interpersonalny), indywidualne wsparcie psychologa, 3. Aktywna integracja zawodowa – grupowa aktywizacja zawodowa (doradztwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, spotkania przedst., różne formy zatrudnienia), indywidualne wsparcie doradcy zaw., szkolenia zawodowe „szyte na miarę”, staże, trening i pośrednictwo pracy oraz life i job coaching i zatrudnienie. Gr.doc.:60 osób niepełnospr.(36K,24M) z E-ga i pow.elbląs. w woj warm.-mazur.(zagr.ubóstwem/wykl. społ) 15-64 lata. Efekty: Cel osiągniemy przez przeprow.2 edycji wsparcia (I:12.2018-11.2019; II:01.2020-12.2020; w każdej edycji po 30 UP) zapewn. UP kompleks.pomoc z uwzględ.indywid.potrzeb (12 m-cy wsparcia dla każdego UP).Zatrudnienie uzyska 25% UP, 60% UP zwiększy swoją aktyw.społ.-zatrudn., 36 UP weźmie udział w szkolen.(18UP w edycji), 12UP w stażach (6 UP w edycji). The project is carried out by the Elbląg Foundation in a partner with the District Labour Office in the Eg and the Pomorskie Advisory Group (company). The project implements an innow product: “Choose a social intervention” — “Social intervention” — “Social intervention” — good practice of the ESF and the ‘Age of hot potato’ in the ERKON-Moden “hot potato”. (finalista RegioStars-Competition EC), from the list of innovative KIW projects. Objective: increasing the socio-professional activity of 60 members (36K, 24M) of the disabled unemployed person aged 15-64 with Elbląg and the city of elblaski (wj warm.-maja) ) during the period 1.10.2018-31.12.2020 at risk of poverty or exclusion. Tasks: 1. In-depth diagnosis — identification of needs, resources, potential and predisposition — to build the Indicator Reintegrations, 2. Active social inclusion — educational workshops for Aflatoxin, counselling and guidance (legal and civil-society), social activation (interpersonal training), individual psychological support, 3. Active induction — Group induction (career counselling, job placement, pre-st meetings, various forms of employment), individual support by an advisor, professional training “to the extent”, internships, training and job placement, and life and job coaching, and job coaching. Gr.doc: 60 persons with disabilities (36k, 24M) with E-ga and powar.Elbląg, p. w wjj warm.-mazurr. (mourn/wykkl. spool) 15-64 years. Results: We will achieve the objective of the 2-11.2019 support (I: 12.2018-); II: 01.2020-12.2020; for each edition of 30 UP). Up to take into account the needs (12 months of support for each OP).Employment will reach 25 % UP, 60 % of the UP will increase their assets, 36 UP will take part in training.
