Projekt przewiduje realizacje pierwszego typu projektu tj. utworzenie 24 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w Żłobku Delfinek w powiecie olsztyńskim (woj. Warmińsko-Mazurskie). Żłobek Delfinek – zgodnie z ustawą o opiece nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, będzie to miejsce opieki nad dziećmi w wieku od ukończenia 20 tygodnia życia do ukończenia roku szkolnego, w którym dziecko ukończy 3 rok życia (wyjątkowo, w przypadkach wskazanych w ustawie – do 4 lat), opieka świadczona będzie przez zatrudniony wykwalifikowany personel, w pomieszczeniach specjalnie do tego celu przystosowanych zgodnie z ustawą i rozporządzeniem.Celem głównym projektu jest wejście i powrót na rynek pracy 24 osób (sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 (województwo Warmińsko- Mazurskie) w okresie trwania projektu.Rezultatem projektu będzie powrót lub wejście na rynek pracy osób, które z powodu braku możliwości zapewnienia opieki osobom zależnym - dzieciom do l. 3, nie mogły w nim uczestniczyć. Wsparcie w ramach projektu ukierunkowane będzie na stosowanie rozwiązań umożliwiających powrót bądź wejście na rynek pracy osobom, które w nim nie uczestniczą ze względu na opiekę nad dziećmi do 3 r. życia. Zakładanym efektem realizacji projektu będzie poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy, zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej oraz umożliwienie podjęcia zatrudnienia wśród uczestników projektu. (Polish)
