Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na podjęcie lub utrzymanie zatrudnienia 10 mieszkanek miasta Olsztyn i powiatu olsztyńskiego pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo) i sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3. W ramach projektu, przy ul. Mazurskiej 7/2 w Olsztynie powstanie dzienna opieka nad dziećmi do lat 3 "W głowie się mieści", gdzie osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym i marginalizacją ze względu na pozostawanie poza rynkiem pracy będą mogły nieodpłatnie skorzystać z usługi opieki nad dzieckiem, co umożliwi im podjęcie zatrudnienia. Opieką zostanie objętych 10 dzieci do lat 3, które wezmą udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno-wychowawczych, których program oparty będzie o strategię wielokierunkowej stymulacji aktywności dzieci, skupionej na potrzebie ruchu i zabawy oraz koncepcji indywidualnego, naturalnego rozwoju zgodnego z potencjałem i możliwościami dziecka. The aim of the project is to increase the chances of taking up or maintaining the employment of 10 residents of the city of Olsztyn and the district of Olsztyki, which are unemployed (unemployed or inactive) and caring for children up to the 3s. Within the project, at ul. The Mazuria 7/2 in Olsztyn will produce daily childcare up to the 3s, where people at risk of social exclusion and marginalisation due to being outside the labour market will be able to take care of the child free of charge, so that they can take up employment. 10 children will be taken into care by the 3s, who will be taking part in educational and educational activities, whose programme will be based on a multi-directional strategy to stimulate children’s activity, focusing on the need for movement and play and the concept of individual, natural development in accordance with the potential and opportunities of the child.
