Przedmiotem projektu pt. „Wykonanie ścieżki dydaktycznej przy zewnętrznej stronie zabytkowych murów obronnych zamku Biskupów Chełmińskich w Lubawie” jest utworzenie ścieżki dydaktycznej wokół zabytkowych murów Zamku Biskupów Chełmińskich. Projekt zlokalizowany został w Lubawie, w przestrzeni zewnętrznej wokół murów zabytkowego zamku Biskupów Chełmińskich. Jest to rejon ulic Biblii Gutenberga, Kupnera, Jagiellońskiej i Placu 700-lecia. Teren ten stanowi bezpośrednie otoczenie historycznych murów zewnętrznych zamku i jest objęty ochroną konserwatorską. Inwestorem oraz podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za wdrażanie tego przedsięwzięcia podzielonego na 2 etapy jest Gmina Miejska Lubawa. Etap I obejmuje utworzenie ścieżki dydaktycznej na działkach o numerach ewidencyjnych: 480/15,480/16, 481/5, 485/1, 486/1, 487/1,489, 491/1, 492, 500/2 z obrębu 3. Etap II realizowany będzie na działkach o numerach ewidencyjnych : 480/11, 480/12, 480/15, 480/16 z obrębu 3. Polegać on będzie na skomunikowaniu utworzonej w ramach I etapu ścieżki dydaktycznej z ulicą Biblii Gutenberga (wraz z przepustem na rowie) oraz utworzenie parkingu. Projekt zachowuje walory architektoniczno-krajobrazowe i kulturowe miasteczek.Działania planowane w ramach projektu zgodnie z zapisami SZOP służyć mają zachowaniu dziedzictwa kulturowego (wraz z jego kontekstem krajobrazowym) i rozwojowi zasobów kultury. Będą zorientowane na bardziej efektywne wykorzystanie tych zasobów z punktu widzenia rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego, przede wszystkim poprzez poszerzenie oferty jednego z wiodących produktów turystycznych regionu jakim jest Szlak Kopernikowski. The subject of the project: “The implementation of the teaching path on the external side of the heritage walls of the ‘Biłudo Castle’ in Lubawa” is the creation of a teaching path around the historic walls of the Castle of the Bishops of the Chełucha. The project was located in the city of Ljubljana, in an external space around the walls of the historical blast castle of the Chełascule. It is the area of the streets of the Bible of Gutenberga, the Kupner, the Jagiellońska and the Square of 700th anniversary. The site is a direct environment of the historical walls of the castle’s external walls and is covered by conservation protection. The investor and the entity in charge of the implementation of the project, divided into 2 stages, is the Municipality of Lubawa. Phase I includes the creation of a teaching path on parcels with reference numbers: 480/15,480/16, 481/5, 485/1, 486/1, 487/1,489, 491/1, 492, 500/2 from the 3th rim. Phase II will be carried out on parcels with reference numbers: 480/11, 480/12, 480/15, 480/16 from the 3th rim. This will be done by communicating to the public created in the context of the stage I of the didactic path to the streets of the Bible of Gutenberg (including with a pedestrian access) and to the creation of a car park. The project retains the architectural and landscape values of the village and cultural towns of the Polish town, the measures planned in the framework of the project are intended to preserve the cultural heritage (with its landscape) and the development of cultural resources. It will be oriented towards a more efficient use of these resources from the point of view of socio-economic development, in particular by extending the offer of one of the leading tourist products of the region to the Kolonia Route.
