Przedmiotem inwestycji jest przebudowa zdegradowanego boiska (etap I): wykonanie boiska wielofunkcyjnego (piłka ręczna, piłka koszykowa, piłka siatkowa, tenis ziemny), wykonanie okrężnej bieżni lekkoatl. o dł.160,0m z bieżnią prostą o dł.60,0m, wykonanie stanowisk dla dyscyplin lekkoatl. (rzutnia do pchnięcia kulą, skocznia do skoku w dal i trójskoku), wykonanie trybuny, w tym: wykonanie naw. z kostki brukowej, naw. poliuretanowych, naw. z mączki ceglanej, naw. z trawy naturalnej, wyposażenie terenu w ławki, kosze na odpady, wykonanie piłkochwytów, montaż części ogrodzenia terenu-na potrzeby liceum ogólnokszt. Zakres planowanych działań: prace przygot.(dok. projektowa); studium wyk; rob.budowlane (zakres prac j.w.); nadzór w projekcie; promocja projektu. Projekt ma na celu podniesienie jakości kształcenia ogólnokszt. poprzez budowę infrastruktury pozwalającej na właściwe dopasowanie działań edukacyjnych do potrzeb szkoły, społeczności lokalnej oraz potrzeb zmieniającego się rynku pracy. Sektor sportowy na Warmii i Mazurach posiada bardzo duży potencjał w aspekcie zatrudnienia i przedsiębiorczości oraz tworzenia pomostowego kapitału społecznego. Projekt poprzez propagowanie sportu, aktywności i działań zespołowych ma istotne znaczenie w kontekście przeciwdziałania ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu. Wpisuje się w cele RPO WiM 2014-2020 w oś prior.9. Dostęp do wysokiej jakości usług publicznych, dz.9.3. Infrastruktura edukacyjna, poddz.9.3.4 Infrastruktura kształcenia ogólnokształcącego. Realizuje cel tem.10. Inwestowanie w edukację, umiejętności i uczenie się przez całe życie, priorytet inwest.10a. Inwestowanie w edukację, umiejętności i uczenie się przez całe życie poprzez rozwój infrastruktury edukacyjnej i szkoleniowej, cel szczeg.: poprawa warunków edukacji ogólnokształcącej wspierającej umiejętności kluczowe uczniów. W skład Zespołu Szkół w Lubawie wchodzi Liceum Ogólnokształcące, Liceum Ogólnokształcące dla Dorosłych, Technikum, Zasadnicza Szkoła Zawodowa. (Polish)

The subject of the investment is the reconstruction of the degraded field (phase I): combination field (handball, basketball, volleyball, teis natural), carrying out an athletics track with t.160.0 m with a tread.60.0 m track, the execution of posts for the discipline of athletics. (the projection of the ball, stroke in the al and three stages), the performance of the ram, including the following: construction of bruises, made of lumps of dirt, of polyurethane, of brick and mortar meal, of natural grass, the fitting of benches with benches, waste bins, the construction of football players, the assembly of part of the enclosure fence for the purpose of the general secondary school. Scope of activities planned: the work of the assembly (design document); exit study; rob.construction (scope of work, supra); supervision of the project; project promotion. The project aims to improve the quality of general education by building infrastructure to properly match educational activities with the needs of schools, local communities and the needs of the changing labour market. The sports sector in Warmia and Mazury has a very high potential in terms of employment and entrepreneurship and bridging social capital. The project through the promotion of sport, activity and team activities is important in the context of tackling poverty and social exclusion. It is in line with the objectives of the ROP WiM 2014-2020 on the prior.9. Access to high-quality public services, Dz.9.3. Education infrastructure, sub section 9.3.4. infrastructure for general education. It shall meet the purpose of t.10.
