Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w powiecie oleckim. Okres realizacji projektu: 01.01.2017-31.12.2017r. Rekrutacja uczestników będzie zakończona do 31.12.2017r. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 196 (107K, 89M) osoby bezrobotne w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia, znajdujące się w grupie pierwszej oddalenia od rynku pracy–bezrobotni aktywni (I profil pomocy) lub w grupie drugiej oddalenia od rynku pracy – bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia (II profil pomocy), a dodatkowo spełniające co najmniej jedno z poniższych kryteriów: •osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, •osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, •osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, •kobiety, •osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi identyfikacja potrzeb uczestnika projektu oraz opracowanie lub aktualizacja Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj.: staże dla 72 osób, prace interwencyjne dla 54 osób, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 39 osób, szkolenie "Mała przedsiębiorczość" dla 35 osób, szkolenia zawodowe - 31 osób. Projekt zakłada następujące wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej: - dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej - co najmniej 28%, - dla kobiet - co najmniej 34%, - dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - co najmniej 28%, - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - co najmniej 25%, - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - co najmniej 33%. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of unemployed persons over the age of 29 in the district of Oleeckim. Duration of the project: 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 The recruitment of participants will be completed by 31.12.2017. Participants in the project will be 196 (107K, 89M) unemployed persons over the age of 29 who are at first distance from the market, their active unemployed (I profile) or the second away from the labour market — unemployed requiring support (II), and additionally meeting at least one of the following criteria: • long-term unemployed,• persons with disabilities• people over the age of 50,• women,• the low-skilled. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by the identification of the needs of the project participant and the development or update of the Individual Action Plan. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, i.e.: traineeships for 72 people, intervention work for 54 people, one-off measures for business start-ups for 39 people, ‘Gender entrepreneurship’ training for 35 people, vocational training — 31 people. The project involves the following employment performance indicators: — for persons aged 50 years and over, at least 28 %, for women with disabilities of at least 34 %, for at least 28 % for persons with disabilities, at least 25 % for the long-term unemployed and at least 33 % for the low-skilled.
